I think there are two ways to look at it.
What if they hadn’t stocked up?
What happened when they did?
We know the answer to two. Cash outflow was heavily reduced compared to previous quarters. Yes, it wasn’t positive but it was much lower.
Question 1 - well we really don’t know for sure, but if they hadn’t stocked up, then the cumulative cash outflow position could have been much worse. There had to be economies of scale buying supplies in bulk?
