Could you explain this for me please - (I have limited to probably no knowledge to a share buy back form and what it actually says) My understanding is they cancel 5.75 mio shares by "buying them back" however they did not have to pay a cent to get them back?
As said i have no knowledge how this works, but I thought shares can be bought back on the market (for the market price) and then be cancelled but they of course have to pay for it to get them back first?
