Honestly I love this NOV forum because of the good souls who research, form a considered view and respectfully convey their thoughts. let's keep it that way.

Separately, this is not dilutive to NOV shareholders, they could have raised a billion dollars and no new shares in Novatti would be issued since it's directly funding the bank outside of the NOV capital structure.

Yes there's a small placement to the strategic partner which is a very good move from Board and Management to align interests.
