Access to 20,000 new business customers - opens a lot of doors for their YOZO side of business.
The customer basis is also fantastic for their debt restructuring and insolvency business as well. Foot in many more doors.
Also giving shares at 4c is well above current price - good measure of faith from both sides that the share price will be back about that price point either soon or eventually.
