Given management’s knowledge of certain shareholders selling I have faith that there is a very good reason for the cap raise. They have stated so many times that they would not raise capital for the sake of raising capital.
could be one of 2 reasons IMO, a strategic investor (perhaps COH??) or they actually need the money to accelerate one or more trials. Both reasons would be positive for the share price
