The thought that Htg could go forward at the speed they need to with out cash reserves is wishful thinking. They have clearly set out their plan of where they are going and have raised cash appropriately. The alternative if not thinkable. If some want to hit the panic button and sell then it is good luck for those who are buying some very cheap shares.
