Quick update from me.
1. This is a small raise to accelerate our clinical plans. As we announced at the end of March we were funded for 2021 for the plans we were committed to, but we think we can increase the value of the company by bringing some plans forward and hopefully getting to our desired point sooner. Our number one aim is looking after our shareholders. If that means raising money to do things sooner we will do so.
2. I am running a Chairman's list for existing shareholders who want to participate in the raise. If you are a 708 (sophisticated) investor then write to me ([email protected]) and I will send you the termsheet. My personal preference is for us to look after those that have looked after RAC.
3. All shareholders, not just the big guys, are being looked after. I think everyone will be happy when the details are released on Wednesday. We really are not like many other companies.
