No this is wrong. The bonus option is free, but it has a strike price of $4.50. It just happens to be worth $1.09 (Black Scholes).
This is us looking after all our existing shareholders. The full details will be released on Wednesday, but I am happy to explain if people have questions. It is much better than a SPP.
