They are likely just waiting to receive all formal documentation (or associated information) before announcing to market.
The suspensions doesn’t mean anything for their confidence, simply that they exceeded the allowable time that a trading halt can last. Yes, a good effect of that is clearing the buy/sell orders, so stale orders disappear, but we’ll just have to see what happens after it’s restored to quotation. It could have been sneakily by design, to achieve just that...
