All these theories fall over as it was public knowledge of the sale and if there was any interest from Big pharma or small pharma for that matter we would have heard about it.
The killer and honest response was "they received no bids". That really puts it to bed. (Unless someone big comes out of the woodwork and contests it, I can't see that)
The Lyramid default provisions are great.
Maybe you can critisise the promotion of the developments in their pipeline to raise the interest and MC, but that was allways going to pushing s uphill with the health business tied in. Maybe a separate IPO?
Their current ecommerce platform has bugs, glad they admitted this with the new launch in July.
