Thankfully I'd provided my TFN.... when i went to update my banking details to ensure i didnt get a cheque again.

Agree with @jonkey1995 that communication and instruction to shareholders was brutal.... a simple notice to shareholders to log into to the share registry and update all this would have been nice.

For those of us with say an ING didn't get the divi cleared into our accounts until probably 10 days minimum after those that had provided.

I know it's not necessarily the responsibility of VOR to tell us to keep our registry details up to date but the idea is to help your shareholders out!
