A very brief look at Cotiviti suggests they may be able to make some inroads, assuming of course they are interested. IMO I don't see a reason why they would remove focus from their existing business to increase the value of the shares they have picked up. Send over a high potential grad and use it as a dev opp before offloading the 13%.... they are owned by veritas capital - a private equity firm. By some small miracle they may see an opp to add in some expertise to improve the business but then again.
