nice post, but using your argument the options might as well have been 20 cents or even 10 cents.
I still disagree with the "incentive" label no matter how it is defended.
Wouldn't we all love to see Rights Issues to shareholders with free attaching options that are immediately in the money, it just don't happen.
I have a strange feeling that we will see some options exercised shortly followed by some transactions in Director's shares offsetting the options purchase and leaving the nett holding without change.
I hope I'm wrong and I would prefer to believe that our management already have the draft of an excellent announcement on their desks and are positioning themselves to increase their wealth and ours. (Nah, I'm dreaming)
