Your original post did not refer to GDN's website, this is where confusion arises.
You are correct re GDN website/ann however.

Not sure what this all means other than an effort to respect a request by Weatherfords for confidentialty
or, the webmaster has screwed up. I cant see any point in fiddling with the website anns though when anyone (i would have thought most do) can check asx anns via their trading platform/asx

FWIW, I did speak to the ASX earlier today to satisfy myself on the legitimacy of the 'confidentiality' issue and had them double check the filing etc.
There was no breach of protocol and GDN were required to file the ann via an exemption to the rule pertaining to 'Law'.
According to the ASX this is relatively common practice.
