There is a copy on the royal commission website. I don't like the ramifications of the agreement. Who instituted that. Some idiot. Better than industry standard. But there are so many exclusions, that it's going to be up to the courts to see how effective it is going to be. I don't like it much. Some commentators say it could cost up to $1.5 bill.
I just wonder how much of that is factored into the SP. But I don't think that AMP could rely upon the alteration clause to change down from 4x.I am understanding a little more why the SP will never recover while this hangs over the company.
