PV & PP , Not sure if it is me, but I see this as great potential for future dividends hence SP increase. I reckon give it till end of yr & next yr buyers will be falling over themselves to get the div. for 2010 & beyond. Where else can you buy property for less than half its nta. Plus it has LLC as major shareholder. Previous announcement states Targeting FY10 and Beyond • Net Positive Operating Cash Flow after all Debt Servicing • Recommencement of Distributions in Calendar year 2010 based on optimum corporate structure • Share Price to reflect Net Asset Backing under normal market conditions
