Anil likely sold share for whatever reason he had. There is nothing wrong with his sale or illegal. These guys have limited windows to sell the shares.in the end the chip is being made and hopefully more revenue and buisness come in to BRN.

1. The actual share holder structure is changing to less holders with more shares each. This is big because this signifies deep pockets are buying stock at these prices. I could almost bet all the long term holders were likely had less personal wealth holding when they amassed the shares they hold in BRN.

Most of us retail guys that bought would not have the pockets to buy more and more shares at these prices or even the level of selling to absorb the drop. This tells me the stock is being accumulated.

I personally stated I'd be selling likely when we have investors paying about 2 dollars plus and like Anil 10 % of my holdings. My holding dwarf his obviously. If I had his holding I'd be selling at a 60 cent level to take some finacle reward for me and my family to. Every CEO or insider has sold stock in a company they own.
