strange takeover = equivelent to around .10 if you take up the offer which I wont be, as others saying looks rather sus some type of buddy deal, as mentioned the other day the substantial holder notice had the "steinepreis lawayers" tag attached to it, steinepris origionally reconstructed WMT now looks there acting on behalf of others to get the company back through GLI? either way if GLI get a further 10% will soak up stock off market & be easier to push IDG higher, gets around .10 they can have my stock on market, IDG directos are looking more like clowns being taken over by a 2 cent company.
