Hi,

Regarding any vote - what % of shareholders need to vote no for it to make a difference? and is there enough ordinary shareholders out there to make a difference - I haven't done the maths. Just thought I would ask in case anybody else has.

Also I would imagine if IGC is smart it may well announce a potential purchase prior to any vote that may well muddy the waters slightly. Just my opinion on things - I'm not after an argument!
