The market always prices these things correctly unless it's an amateur's market. You pay around $30 to buy a right, then pay another $28.29 to exercise that right to buy a share. So the price of a full share is around $58, which is also around the price of a full share right now.
The only way the shares fall sub $40 from current $58 levels in the short term is if some lunatic blows up all their iron ore mines, or world war 3 begins, or we enter a Great Depression.
