What do you mean by being against fundamental principles? Sure the FDA announcement is positive; but with the $amount that MYX has paid for N and the $payments this unlocked, there is much work to be done to give the market confidence that the company can convert N into sales->profits->returns.
The recent company fundamentals have been sales going down, competition going up and consistent write down's for under performing lines.
N won't turn this around over night - and the recent highs have given some long-term holders the chance to sneak out or reduce their holdings. Evidenced Investors Mutual taking some profit and significantly reducing their holding.
