I held a few more shares than you at the record date and bought more on market after that. I got $4000 too, though I only applied for $5000. I think pro-rata according to the number of shares you own is fair for all SH. Considering the SOI and the new shares on offer, the scale back was not as significant as I thought. Major SH did not participate so retail investors like us can.
