My read on the potential strategy and way forward for ShineHub is to shift towards the commercial market opposed to remianing in residential.
Before you ask me why
YOZO is an obvious selling tool for SME funding.
Result should see:
Greater economy of scale
Higher point of sales and larger projects
Higher margin and
most likely less competitors
I can only assume the residential market is flooded with mum dad operators.
ShineHub now have the support of a cashed up international business, smart commercial entrepreneurs, academics & YOZO (SME funding) on their side.
So the opportunity for growth is as obvious as (pardon the pun) the sun shining in ones eye (hub)
