My only concern about this mornings ann is the 100% complete plant,
the comment is rather ambiguous, I would rather the company stated
that the 100% complete plant was on site ready to go,
The plant can be 100% complete, with part of it on site and the rest
where ever it resided in the first place or parts anywhere in the country,
and it's still complete. but not 100% of it on site.

Also they don't make it clear whether the plant is fully paid for.
