Rounding down to take in account the use of the gas from coal for power generation the project is a $10B in total UREA Product one so there is lots of wiggle room to make a good profit in return. The cheap gas is the key in this case so the current valuation by the market is very conservative one again as the actual resource to be tapped has only been appraised in the most simplistic terms so far and may be much greater than currently stated IMHO. It would have been nice to sell at 33c today and buy back again at this lower price but I didn't but I am staying faithful to the cause.
