Hi testpilot,

I agree with the dilutory effect of the options but I don't think it's the be all and end all.

The oppies to be issued are a trade off for the company's release from future interest payment on the notes so no doubt it will help them from an operations point of view. It is at the shareholder's expense as it will dampen the SP over time. Still a good spec stock long if you're just getting in now, high risk with no certainty of the coy as an ongoing concern but their product is speaking for itself at the moment.
