in spite the existence of 1 year cash , we all know this is nothing, because just start any trial can evaporate in seconds the funds.

we all know the surprise denial of FDA after so positive 9x1 brought MSB to a very bad spot.
no income, no clear product and to make worst, treat for several legal actions.

but...

next days ( i dont weeks) an announcement will come.

the most recent announcement provided an absolutely “product” ready to be market and sell.

yes, some people here can try down play ( and this is their right i honestly dont care), but

- to start supply India after such trial will mot be difficult mainly if u consider the emergency of situation ,where standard rules can easy be lift in compassion ground.

Do i need to say the size of the India-deal ?

we are good WITH novartis and even better WITHOuT

yes, finally we are in a WIN WIN sittuation( and thatbis what makes positive spin.

you may ask... and why price is going backwards...

ahhh so easy... 3 major things

a) some Institutions just have a treat of legal is statutory sell. They need to sell like or not need or not have a big deal coming or not

b) we carry plenty of people losing every day more and more. Some people just cant cope with further loses . (Ridiculous this argument that if u dont sell u dont have loss. Of course u are in loss !!! U maybe didn’t monetised but yes u are. And to some buyers at 5/4/3 and people that invest hips averaging down come every day a stage of “ enough is enough” mainly having NO certainty of near future

c) short action and people interest TO BUY CHeAPER is working hard everyday (and no enough buyers and new money to balance such actions. And they know... while no news “ bad news” . They did that in past and are doing just now.


yes, i am happy to have invested in recent days because this is in my view the best opportunistic share at moment.

the discussions and technicalities about the product is always welcome, but

as soon the announcement comes i want see the screen.

all that non sense towards down, will quick become a sense towards up !
