re: Ann: Namibian Court Proceedings - Further... I spoke to the company about this and they said they would review the option situation if they were not in the money at the expiry date. They would not guarantee that the company would do anything about the options but that it was a possibility.
My understanding is that the options cannot be extended as such but new options would have to be reissued to existing options holders with a new expiry date for a nominal amount.
