It is disregarding all comments of the new president, all projects getting the green light since she took over ( graphite, gas, oil, gold ), her comments on the mining conference mentioning rare earths mine directly, dedication to democracy, altered approach towards COVID, as yesterday agreed on with the Kenya's leadership.....and so on, I could rattle on.
The very fact that we attract the doomsday posters now on the forum indicates that the pricing is becoming attractive.
