There has been NO discount to Shagang in the past and NO discount will be given to Shagang in the future.
This is what I was told.
The new pellet pricing agreement will take into account the two main pellet indices and will be averaged to get to the price that will be paid. This is as per the report.
Frankly after speaking with management I will be voting YES.
It was my calculations that pointed to the mistake on the Independent expert's report that alerted them to the mistake. They said that this will be corrected.
So its just as well that I spoke with them.
They also admit that they're rolling in cash at present, but careful in not being too overly optimistic for the future although admitting it was looking pretty damn good at the moment.
