Over the years I and others alike have written such emails to various companys and there is always a response that more so relates to the previous known information rather than any upcoming forward leading information; evidently anything that would be considered market sensitive would not be released.
The most important facet of the response is that,
"A response was received in a reasonable amount of time".
This shows and develops good morale/relationship(s) with shareholders IMO and now I tend to only interfere in company matters when I feel there are some underlying negative sentiments known by certain individuals (Negatively leaked information). Also at this stage the response(s) are really being used to put a case together, as it makes it easier to sue company directors with a more comprehensive affidavit - LOL.
Anyway it can't be too much longer now, they will have to have it completed by 1st quarter 2010 - LOL.
It may definately be the year of the UNI.
