reward's lease doesn't expire until late 2011, have first right of refusal on renewing it and ruane has option of dipping into the market if he needs operating funds...
martu may have "native title" rights but the final decision to mine lies with the minister...mexican standoff now but i don't see martu as holding all the cards in this game..
even tho' it's off the screen i'm watching this one closely because any kind of favourable outcome will see the sp rocket...at these prices makes sense to pick up a few
