Based in the quaterly. the anticipated contracts are. ot getting signed or delayd much longer. people brought in last year are taking what is left of their profit and people who brought in this year is cutting their losses.
Income has dried up and expense jumped there could be more cap raising snd dilution.
The next up or turn around will not happen unless some good news which. there is not even a dead cat bounce for this one as it plummet from high 20s.
