with such ann and the double recipe DECA+REM L of course i think Novartis is capable to (or find who can) and for sure they know very well how to distribute in some hospitals in india
u dont need achieve 1.3 billion mainly considering many leaves in rural areas with poor hospitals
but if we just manage to supply the 5-6 larger and develop caitals i know really well what im talking.
finally i remind u that, in such emergency moments most rules doesn’t apply.
when thousands die in u ICU and u can supply two drugs therapies and cut 75% of course is a short term decision ( and not difficult)
