We are in the process of launching a B2B Marketplace that will revolutionise alcohol distribution. We are looking for experienced, ambitious and hands-on Full Stack Team Leadto join our rapidly growing team of passionate professionals. This is a great opportunity for a creative and ambitious engineer to develop their career further with a progressive company in an exciting and fun industry.
The role
You will be taking a lead role in an experienced team to develop an exciting and evolving roadmap. You’ll be working directly with product and customer teams to understand product evolution and help make good engineering decisions along the way.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Take on a senior leadership role within the development team
- Run sprints and allocate work accordingly
- Work closely with product team for sprint optimization and prioritization
- Coding of logical components and work on system architecture
- Check other team member code base for correctness and efficiency
- Monitor team work and performance
- Maintain and champion good software development practices
- Maintain and champion software documentation standards for code
- Develop maintainable well documented code
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- 6+ years PHP / Vue / MySQL experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong documentation and estimating skills
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Laravel development
- Vue js development
- Ability to work in a team and allocate tasks to team members
- Managing git repositories
- Projects requiring attention to detail
- AWS infrastructure experience a plus
