if in an analogous manner:
A nickel mine project would not report and assess impact of nickel in dust or waters in an EIA?

Here REE project would not report having REEs in waters or dusts, which is obvious way to try to bypass the problem.

I actually read the EIA references with dust and water information, and would be more than happy to discuss about the details
