Comparitively ESI would never have looked better.
The deal with Tincom also hinges on the IP. They (Tincom)want to spend $6b on a project in Victoria of which ESI is free carried - that's right free carried and gain 10% of future earnings from the special purpose vehicle for what the use of the cold dry technology. Sweet deal.
Although no IP no deal.
Also they need some coal of which Loy Yang look like they might come to the party.
