Certainly money, say a couple of millions, can buy any or all of such legal opinions by very high level "legal eagles". Even thousands of pages of documents claiming the the word "use" does actually not exist or the words "not use" would actually mean: "Greenland government will accept whatever GML would like to do"

But where would a relevant court which would seriously consider that? If you have the agreements or permits, what would they say about jurisdiction/which jurisdiction is referred?

And there is the alternative to proceed with EIA and find its problems and require proper corrections.

You just replied seemingly now agreeing that the agreement Dull and GBB claim are wavering rights to take action against the GoG and empowering to stop the MINING of uranium. Are, as you have alluded to, in agreement to what Jefferies has stated saying the agreement is actually for the USE of uranium! eg SALE
So there you go Dull and GBB. Nordic has now agreed with Jefferies and I that the word is USE.
Solved that one then. Nordic knows the language. Nordic suggests that the agreement has been read wrong and mining isnt in the agreement at all.
