This requires specialised salespeople who can take a product like this and either have the contacts or the tenacity to get the result.
A salaried person more than likely will not be a person who can do the hard yards, break ‘convention’ and get results.
They will still have to service the clients and introduce new Next Science products.
Dont worry about the 25% margin; it’s a small investment for a significantly greater return.
