If it is for roof measuring in the US since the purchse of the other company (i forgot name of) with the tech nearmap wanted the damages would then be pretty small given how much roof measurement and solar in the US, unless the patent relates to other areas i assume it doesnt though as no proceedings in other countries or foreshadowed by Eagleview, shorters sorry I mean Jcap. We no doubt are already giving undertakings to the insurers eagle view and Jcap have written to so should effect any current customers may slow growth in that segment.

I think we will settle lower for a while but would seem the increase bottom line from 120m to 128 would cover damages royalties on annual basis worst case.
