You seem to be at crossed purposes there unluckytrader?the people who run nuclear power plants usually buy their Nuclear fuel from a third party, it's a bit like your car, you run it (drive it) but you get your fuel from a servo, the servo in this case for the nuclear fuel could be GE, and more than likely would be? if the efficiencies they are talking about are reached in the enrichment process? if they are good then they will be far better and cheaper than what is available today,compared to either centrifuge or gas diffusion , both of which are very energy hungry to run compared to the laser enrichment process!
