@jamesc666, thanks for your ongoing excellent research on FLC which is very much appreciated

A quick glance at the 4C and it could look like FLC is short of cash, but further down it does mention no CR planned.
But now that you mention it, I wonder if trading algo's use item 8.5 in the 4C in their trading?
(i.e if est. quarters of funding is < 2 then drive SP down/ look for further SP weakness?)
