Watching the stock yesterday was a one person mission to buy shares. Someone had an initial bid for 300K shares and kept chasing upwards at regular intervals even though the sellers were selling down. It was very peculiar trading and suggests they had a time limit. Nobody followed this lead and at one point yesterday AEU was staring off a very deep cliff edge...
A speeding ticket caused by one investor spending $80,000 seems a little odd to me and and does suggest someone *knew* something by the kamikaze nature of the chase.
I think the most important line in todays announcement is point 3 of the response....
"Management can confirm its previous guidance of expected earnings for the year to equate to distributable income of six cents(of which four have already been paid). It should be noted that distributions are currently under suspension"
Now.... Does that not just give rather a small hint that tomorrow they have to announce a 2 cent dividend, and suspension lifted? Am i being too presumptuous.. lol
If true then this is exceptional news..... but will await confirmation.
