    trader1x,

Just go to wikipedia and type in Coppock. It's a relatively short read.

Also just in terms of the article again....it refers to equity raising by Australand.

If you've read the press the last couple of days GPT and one other, Goodman Group I think have gone through an equity raising. I think even the Bunning Warehouse Property Trust might be doing the same or have done already.

This is part of the question mark for CNP and consequently CER which in my view is intriguing.

An equity raising for CNP is looking increasingly untenable. Also my suspicion is that CNP is so widely held now purely on speculation, excluding The Shareholders Association who are incredibly annoyed with the state of affairs, the dilution would seem to be a dead cert for being voted down.

Discussing this with a few friends via email, I was saying I am going to buy a $500 (ie the minimum) parcel of CNP as soo nas practiable so that when the voting commences I too will vote down the dilution.

That's when the fun will begin and retail shareholders will be able to throw down with the banks. I assure you as greedy and opportunistic banks and liquidators are, methinks they would not relish the prospect of selling over 600 shopping centres. Even as a liquidator you need mammoth infrastructure to do this.

    Cheers.
