Cal its been resting here in the 80c range for a while now, however the longer she trades sideways the bullish the chart pattern. I believe technically she will break out when fundamentals start coming into play. Had a thorough read at that Research note and must say it was very comprehensive and probably the longest one I have ever read. Circulate awareness through this Research note before entering the Global market, not a bad strategy.
