If the Heads @0.035c sell at 0.07c at well completion and the options continue to be mispriced, options @0.02 will be trading at 0.055c (worst case scenario?).

That's 100% or 2x increase on the heads.
Options
175% or 2.75x increase on the tails
If rightly priced (best case scenario), options could trade for 0.06c at well completion. That's 200% or 3x increase on investment.
Bare in mind , liquidity is higher on the Heads but you stand to make more money from options in both scenarios.
