Wonder how many of RR's buyers are still in the company (COE)? If so might be a lot of selling pressure ahed...
As far as Yukos is concerned, you are right as far as the bottlenecks are concerned, but the problems will manifest themselves in:
1. Finding buyers for Yuos oil until the mess is settled. You want to take a chance on paying cash for that you might not get or have to be involved in a long court battle.
2. What about the upkeep and possible damaged to the Yukos wells if and when production is stopped? Venezuela is hurting as a result of their mess during the strike and it looks like many wells were dmaged...
