    Also the interest is probly from the Chinese. Well culd be cliffs but I don't think they'd b looking at irvine, the Chinese want in the area so I beleive that's where the interest is from.I haven't given any reasons for y I think this and I don't have any.we will c I gess. For now tho sell while u can.buyers anything over 60c is to expensive.cheers dyor
