Ann: Nearmap made aware of complaint in US District Court (Utah), page-78

Sigh, my stop loss at $2 triggered today (had set it almost 2 months ago and forgotten), my $150k worth of holdings are now officially gone. Looking at the price may look to re-enter but frankly whilst I believe in the underlying economics of Nearmaps business and growth is sound, I am no expert on patent infringement and this could go either way - not a risk I am willing to take at this stage. If they, for whatever reason, lose this it will have severe reputational implications but anyway lets see ... all hyopthetical on this page.
