What I can't understand is why don't they just put the SPP "On Line" like everyone else does - we are living in the 21st century here..... .....MAYBE, they have plans to artificially increase the SP to make the SPP more attractive and are trying to keep the length(and cost) of keeping the price high to a minimum.
